Does alcohol in extract change the property of THC or CDB?

Alcohol in extract can pull out more of the cannabis plant compounds like cannabinoids, terpenoids, flavinoids etc.., it should not change the THC or CBD properties. Alcohol is also a great preservative, with some tinctures lasting 4-5 years. It also permeates the mucus membranes in the mouth to enter the bloodstream more quickly.
