Q&A

If Foria Pleasure is purchased in California, is it legal to take on a plane to Oregon?

Since airport space and the plane itself is regulated Federally where cannabis and its related products are classified as a Schedule 1 drug, they are illegal to have there. However, the TSA has said that they are not looking for cannabis specifically but if they find it, they can at their discretion, call over the local police to show them what they have found. The local police can then choose to ignore the issue, confiscate the product or arrest you. The later probably not likely.

Since transportation of cannabis across state lines is illegal, and Foria products are not sold in Oregon, there is possibility of a an issue if it is found in Oregon. This is just a matter of how and where you use it as well as who you tell about it.
