Q&A

What strains do you recommend for Lupus?

"For pain & inflammation, migraines and insomnia associated with Lupus."

The effects of cannabis will depend on the genetics of the plant, as well as on the environmental conditions in which the plant is grown, as well as the method of ingestion. I would reccomend a CBD and THC tincture of Rick Simpson/Hemp Oil. Inhaled cannabs may also be of benefit. Experiment with various strains and methods of ingestion and see what works best for you. Some patients are also juicing raw cannabis leaves and drinking the juice, which is full of anti-oxidants and nutrients.

I just thought I would pass on a quote from the CNN website I found quite some time ago and found it interesting that most doctors do not know this information.

โ€œA study has linked vitamin D deficiency with an increased risk for cancer and autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, MS, and lupus. Researchers found, through mapping vitamin D receptors binding throughout the human genome, that vitamin D deficiency is a major environmental factor in increasing the risk of developing these disorders.โ€ Quoted from CNN website

Since I have had Migraines ( those of us with migraines do not detoxify properly so we are at increased risk for cancer also), I have a vitamin D receptor snp in my genetic chart and I have had autoimmune disease like MS and cancer but I am consistent with my vitamin D3 and CBD intake so I think I have put those diseases behind me now.
Good luck, you can improve your health!
