Will THCa help with sleep? What dosage?

"@pacbell.net"

Actually, it’s non-psychoactive CBN that can help with insomnia. Have a look at this article to learn more about how it works. As for how much to take, it depends on the individual. Everyone’s endocannabinoid system is unique so you’re going to need to experiment to find the right dose for you. Start out low and go slow. I found Kikoko’s Tranquili-tea (which has 5 mg CBN and 3 mg THC) to help me sleep.

This is highly dependent on how your system works. THCA is the precursor to THC. In my experience it really depends on how your individual endocannabinoid system works with the cannabinoid you are taking. THCA has been shown to have significant therapeutic value and the bonus is it is not psychoactive. Here is an article we did awhile back. Juyst be aware that if it becomes heated it will convert to THC. For instance, we had a heat wave this summer and my bottle was exposed to sunlight and heat in my home and it did convert.
